We value your business and understand that shopping online can make product selection way difficult. This is why we provide a vast full of information on each product that we sell, from material, texture to measurements. We encourage you to use this information when you make a purchase.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return any item for any reason whatsoever during the first 30 days of ownership. Our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item or providing a refund. Refunds are provided as a store credit or credit card refund, less 20% processing fee.

To use our guarantee program, Click Here to Contact  All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) number. Customer service representatives will provide shipping instructions. Do not repackage the order and return it to the "shipped from" address.  Your refund will be processed as soon as your items are received.

Undeliverable Orders

** We strongly suggest a physical address (not a P.O. box number) for orders of higher value so that the package can be signed for upon delivery. Your box gets shipped by USPS, FedEx or UPS, you will receive an email with a tracking number the same day ( Monday - Friday), with this, you will be able to view the progress of your package by entering the tracking number at usps.com, FedEx.com or UPS.com. 

After a few days, if you have not received a tracking number, please call or email our customer service center Click Here to Contact ([email protected]) and we will promptly reply with your tracking number. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address (US addresses only), an additional shipping charge will apply for US shipping addresses.

Adult Toys & Lubricants: 
Due to health and safety regulations, We will gladly exchange or replace any defective merchandise within the initial 30 day period from purchase day. Please use the Contact Page to report any defective items within 5 days of delivery, after which the manufacturer provided warranty will apply via our Authorized Seller status. Oils and lubricants may not be exchanged.

Apparel Items: 
Exchanges permitted provided items are not worn or damaged. Clothing items may be exchanged for any other merchandise in the online store. Items for exchange must be processed via issuance of an RMA number issued by our customer service team.


- All returns must be pre-authorized. Please obtain an RMA by contacting customer service. 

- Items must be returned in their original packaging. 

- Shipping charges will not be refunded on unclaimed/refused/undeliverable packages.

Your order total will be charged in US Dollars to your credit card and will read ASTD INC. Please be aware that exchange rates from US Dollars to Canadian Dollars will apply to your charge, to be determined by the current exchange rate.
