We ship to the United States only. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing. All Orders will be shipped discreetly via USPS, UPS or FexEx depending on the item ordered and location. Although checkout provides options for shipping. Quoted shipping times are business days and do not include weekends and holidays. Please leave any special requests in the comment box at checkout. We Can Ship to PO Box and APO Addresses We strongly recommend that you provide a physical address to facilitate order delivery. If you really need to ship the package to a PO BOX then you will need to please select Flat Rate Shipping as the shipping method and only order items that weigh 5 Pound or less. For heavier items, you will need to select an alternate address.
Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased items unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. All sales are considered final. If you receive the wrong item, please email info@Adultys.com so that we can take care of the problem in a prompt and efficient manner. How to request warranty (return, refund) Only faulty items can be returned under warranty. If your item has an issue, please submit a ticket to our Support Center Please follow the warranty process: 1. Please describe the problem with your item in details, stating your order number and product code ( sku number). 2. Please tell us what steps you have already taken to solve the issue. 3. Please give us the item code indicated on the outer package. 4. Please send us clear picture or video of the defects in good lighting. PS: Ideally, the photos/videos should be clear and focused, under good lighting conditions, and taken at close and medium distance. We will do our best to help you.
PRODUCT FUNCTIONALITY: After you receive your order from Adultys.com, please test your new toy by inserting batteries and turning the toy on. When initially testing your product, do not insert it into your body. If for some reason the item is not working properly and you have not used the item, please contact ADULTYS.COM immediately for proper return instruction. In order to receive a prompt refund, you must print the order confirmation sent to you by email and include it in the return packaging. After the item is received at the warehouse, a replacement will be shipped to you. Return shipping will be credited.
PRODUCT WARRANTY: Please look for a product warranty and save the package of your new item until you have used it a few times. Health Regulations prohibit the return of any item that have been inserted into the body (personal use items). If you have already used your new toy and you are experiencing product defects you will need the warranty and the packaging to contact the manufacturer directly.

Third Party vendors (such as USPS) are given only the information they need to help us fulfill your order. Sensitive credit card information is not handled directly by ADULTYS.COM, INC. For your privacy, shipments are discreetly packaged and will arrive in plain brown boxes, padded envelopes, or USPS supplied packaging. The ADULTYS.COM discreet identifying mark will be on the return label: Our packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents. If your product is shipped direct from a distributor or manufacturer, we will work together to assure shipping privacy is protected. Adultys.com (Ast Inc) does not create or send unsolicited phone calls, email, or postal mail. Emails are automatically sent to confirm your order, notify you about backorders, and supply you with the tracking number for your shipment. We contact customers by email or phone only when there is a question about or problem with an order. From time to time we may email a newsletter, which you will receive only if you choose to during the check-out process (opt-in). From time to time we may send out promotions to existing customers. If you ever receive any contact from us that you do not want, please email Customer Service with information about the contact so that we can make sure it doesn't happen again. If you are receiving our newsletter but do not wish to, please unsubscribe by sending us an email.
