1. Do pumps really make my penis bigger?

Yes they do. Penis pumps are one of the few scientifically proven methods to increase the size of your penis. Pumps generally affect your girth the most, though shorter than average men can also see noticeable results. Unfortunately, the size increase is short term. You can use a penis ring to maintain your gains but eventually your penis will go back to its normal size. To permanently boost the size of your shaft, you’d have to use a penis pump several times a day for several months. Most people just don’t have that kind of patience.

2. How do penis pumps work?

Penis pumps have a large cylinder that fits around your shaft to form an air-tight seal. Pumping removes air to create a vacuum inside the cylinder. This vacuum pulls extra blood inside your penis to make your shaft thicker and longer. A penis ring helps you retain the extra blood so you can make the most out of your new size.

3. What penis pump do you recommend?

Lube is a must for a good seal. Shaving helps, but it’s not a requirement. (Be sure that you use a lube compatible with the penis sleeve to avoid damaging it. Water-based lube works with all kinds of penis pump sleeves. Silicone provides a stronger seal, but it won’t work with silicone sleeves.)

• Watch a good adult movie to become erect. Lube your penis after becoming erect and then insert it into the pump.

• Pump until there is a comfortable pressure. After about 10 or 15 minutes, your penis will be a little chubbier. Then start gradually increasing pressure before removing the pump.

• Make sure the sleeve fits you and the pump. If it’s too long for you, you can usually remove it and then trim it down with a sharp knife. Just don’t cut it too short or a seal will not occur.

• In case your testicles are getting sucked into the cylinder, hold a towel or rag around the cylinder with one hand at the base of your testicles. This leaves your other hand free to pump away.

• Pump for a max of 30 minutes. (Please note that using a penis pump for longer periods can cause damage.)
